Today I decided to submit one of our favorite salads to pancakes. It turned out delicious!

Egg whisk with a pinch of salt. Add the flour and starch, mix well. Then gradually add the milk and mix well until smooth. Then pour in the oil.
In a pan, fry thin pancakes.
Salad wash, dry.
Bacon fry in a dry pan.
Tomatoes cut into 2 or 4 parts.
For dressing mix oil, pressed garlic, lemon juice, mustard. Add salt, season with a mixture of peppers.
On the plate randomly put 2 pancake.
In a Cup mix the salad leaves, tomatoes, bacon bits. Pour dressing and mix gently.
On pancakes put a handful of salad and serve.
