I live in the far East, so everything related to seafood - my favorite subject. And, of course, crepes stuffed with seafood - one of my favorites. A lot of options, I suggest one of them. These pancakes will certainly appeal to your guests and a home, they can also take on a picnic. Prepared very quickly, if there is a ready-made pancakes.

- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Pancake - 6 PCs
- Herring - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece

- Cream - 100 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
