- Leek - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Dry white wine - 3 tbsp.
- Cream - 200 ml
- Blue cheese - 100 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Black pepper

Slice the white part of the leeks and 1 clove of garlic
In a deep frying pan, heat sunflower oil Oleina add the chopped onion and garlic, saute until soft.
