The products that we need.
Flour screened with baking powder in a large bowl
Yolks separate from proteins and whisk with sugar. To the flour add the beaten egg yolks and melted butter. Mix well.
Then add yogurt (kefir), it should be at room temperature. The dough mix well and add salt. The finished dough should be similar to sour cream (not liquid). Proteins whisk in a separate bowl, add to the dough and quickly stir.
The pan is well heated, grease with vegetable oil and bake pancakes.
Ready pancakes serve with sour cream or jam. Bon appetit!
