According to ancient traditions during Maslenitsa you need to bake pancakes and enjoy their wonderful taste. Say pancake pancake symbolizes the sun and the more pancakes you eat, the greater will be the sun in your life... but the pancakes don't cook people. From the classic pancakes with milk, yogurt, and pancakes on the sparkling water, chocolate, colored pancakes. It is impossible to ignore the pancakes on the beer. Beer can be anything, light and dark, and soft. The presence of beer in pancakes is not felt, but the taste turns out great! I'm sure many are familiar with this recipe, but I decided to share my version. All of carnival!!!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Pancakes on beer


Step 1

Two beat eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt.

Pour in the milk mixture, beer, add the sugar and soda and whisk.


Step 4

Sift the flour, stir to avoid lumps, pour vegetable oil and again mix well. The consistency of the dough should be as low-fat sour cream.
Dough leave for 15 minutes and then start pancakes.


Step 5
