Easy, pleasant and delicious salad. As the filling use a tapenade of olives and capers with garlic and olive oil.
Ingredients for Salad with rice and tuna
- Tuna - 150 g
- Cucumber - 1 piece
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Lettuce - 1 Puig.
- Figure - 2 tbsp
- Capers - 1.5 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Olive oil - 50 ml
- Olives - 100 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad with rice and tuna
For salad, we will use a mixture of Aquatica Color Mix from the Mistral. Pour the rice with water in the ratio 1:3 and simmer over low heat, covered for 35 minutes.
Salad thinly slice. Tomato and cucumber cut into cubes.
For the tapenade, chop with a blend of olives, capers and peeled garlic. Without turning off the motor, a thin stream pour in the olive oil.
Put in portion cups salad, rice, tomato, cucumber and tuna. Tapenade spread on top.
