So Mardi Gras has come. And the best treat on Shrove Tuesday - fragrant, Golden pancakes. I hasten to share the recipe of spring rolls, which my family relished. Offer a more hearty option, the pancakes stuffed with savory fillings. Filling of lamb, wild rice and tomato turned out delicious.

Mutton cut into small pieces.
