- Sour cream - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Flour - 300 g
- Water - 600 ml
- Soda - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Custard pancakes with sour cream
Sour cream and eggs should be at room temperature.
In a large bowl measure out the right amount of sour cream.
Add soda (not slaked), stir well.
Wait for the bubbles.
One beat eggs. Stir well with a whisk.
Sugar. Optionally, you can add the vanilla sugar.
And spoon knead the dough.
The dough will be very thick.
Gradually, in small portions pour the water into the dough.
I try to pour it off a spoon. Immediately stir well.
The dough will gradually disperse.

When the dough is brought to the desired consistency, pour in vegetable oil.
Pan greased with oil and heat well.
