A delicious warm salad! It may replace a meal. Hearty, but not heavy! A pleasure.

In vegetable oil fry the diced pork, raisins and leeks, cut into rounds.
Add boiled rice. I used rice TM Mistral Color mix.
Add soy sauce and peeled and chopped Apple cubes. Keep on medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve, sprinkle with herbs warm.
