How many cheesecakes and cakes of cheese, we know as the masters of the world..! The sweet world of lovely desserts..! Many have culinary secrets..! Frankly you friends, desserts I love! But the masters are not.. and no complications.. I'm afraid! And how do you want sometimes.. so your dessert was decent..! And so the recipe is quite simple.., it worked a miracle..! If you believe in miracles, they happen! Cake of cheese for a reason.. turns out delicious!
Ingredients for Cheese cake
- Soft cheese - 450 g
- Ricotta - 450 g
- Sour cream - 450 g
- Butter - 110 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.
- Starch - 3 tbsp.
- Sugar - 250 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
- Lemon - 0,5 PCs
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese cake
Products. This number is designed for a large cake, I have obtained 2 of them.
In a blender whip all the cheese and sour cream
Gradually add in the cheese mass in one egg, add melted butter (not hot) mix well
Separately mix the flour, starch, vanilla and regular sugar
Add dry mixture along with the lemon juice to the cheese mass
To prepare the form ( for large cake should be not less than 30cm and small cakes less, and preferably separable) : to lay it with foil and well greased with butter. Preheat the oven to 180% and bake the cake in an hour.., the time may need a little more.. ( up to one and a half hours.., watch at the ready)at the beginning the oven should not be opened, and after making the cake, leave it in oven for 45-50 minutes..
To put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight ( I do this right in the form..)
