In a blender whip all the cheese and sour cream

Gradually add in the cheese mass in one egg, add melted butter (not hot) mix well

Separately mix the flour, starch, vanilla and regular sugar

Add dry mixture along with the lemon juice to the cheese mass

To prepare the form ( for large cake should be not less than 30cm and small cakes less, and preferably separable) : to lay it with foil and well greased with butter. Preheat the oven to 180% and bake the cake in an hour.., the time may need a little more.. ( up to one and a half hours.., watch at the ready)at the beginning the oven should not be opened, and after making the cake, leave it in oven for 45-50 minutes..
