But luckily my son still left me half a kilo of mushrooms and I was at the time. ;) Help yourself, dear cooks is a wonderful creamy mushroom sauce cheese Dor blue pancakes.
Ingredients for Creamy mushroom sauce with cheese Dor blue
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Milk - 1 l
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp.
- Soda - 1/4 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Water - 50 ml
- Flour - 350 g
- Mushrooms - 0.5 kg
- Leek - 0.5 PCs
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Dry white wine - 30 ml
- Cream - 200 g
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Blue cheese - 150 g
- Vegetable oil

Leeks and mushrooms finely chop.
Garlic finely chop.
(I did not include parsley in the ingredients, as it is placed on request)
