Pancakes with pears, bacon and cheese

I suggest to try the well-known combination of pears, blue cheese and bacon in the usual pancakes.
Ingredients for Pancakes with pears, bacon and cheese
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 50 g
- Milk - 150 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 depot.
- Pear - 1 piece
- Bacon - 5 PCs
- Blue cheese - 50 g
- Nuts - 1 Gorst.
Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with pears, bacon and cheese
1. In a Cup mix the egg, flour, oil and salt.
2. A thin stream pour the milk, stirring well a lot whisk until smooth.
In a pan, fry the pancakes.
3. Pear clean from the skin and core, cut into slices. On the edge of the pancake to put 2-3 slices of pear, sprinkle with cheese and chopped nuts.
4. Roll the pancake roll.
Bacon cut lengthwise into 2 halves. Wrap each pancake, as pictured, and put in a baking dish.
5. Preheat the oven to 200*C.
Put the form in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the bacon is fried. Then remove the form, place the pancakes on a plate.
