Ingredients for Burgers made from chickpea, rice and quinoa
- Chickpeas - 1 Cup.

- Black pepper

- Parsley - 4 tbsp
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Lettuce - 1 Puig.
- Mustard - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Burgers made from chickpea, rice and quinoa
The chickpeas to soak for 12 hours in 4 cups water at room temperature. Drain the water, add fresh water (4 cups), bring to boil and on low heat cook for 1.5 hours. Drain the water and allow the chickpeas to cool.
A mixture of rice and quinoa to boil in accordance with the instructions on the package. Cool.
Grind the chickpeas in a blender.
Mix with rice and quinoa.
Add shallots, and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add the egg and yogurt, mix well.
