Unusual pancakes that just melt in your mouth. In our family, they are now a favorite!

The curd is triturated in a blender or through a sieve.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar.
To the cream cheese add whipped with sugar eggs, salt and vanilla sugar.
Mix and add a glass of warm milk.
And a glass of warm water.
Mix and add gradually the flour. The consistency should be slightly thicker than for ordinary pancakes, but not so thick as for pancakes.
Add to the dough vegetable oil.
And fry our pancakes in a hot pan. The first time the pan I greased with butter.
The dough is very tender and pancakes can break. If they are hard to break add a bit more flour.
The pancakes are very tasty by themselves, but I made a filling of curd and raspberries.
And folded them in a triangle. You can also eat them with honey, jam - whatever you like.
