Gentle, airy, light cottage cheese cake with peaches. Cooked for my husband for Valentine's day. He couldn't tear myself away! Ate three slices. Try this cheese happiness).

Egg whisk with sugar.
Add flour and stir.
I added lemon zest for flavor.
Pour the dough into the form d 24-26, the laid parchment paper and greased. Bake at 180C for about 10 minutes.
Gelatin pour 100 ml of water. And leave to swell.
Curd mix with sour cream and sugar (I used icing sugar) using a mixer.
Soaked gelatin is heated in a water bath. Allow to cool a little.
Add in cottage cheese...
... and mix thoroughly.
Our on the cooled cake spread sliced peaches.
On top of the cake with peaches spread cheese mass. And put in the fridge for 40 minutes.
Decorated the cake with remaining peaches and pineapple and canned peach filled jello. Left the cake overnight in the refrigerator.
The next day we enjoyed an incredibly tender cake.
It looks like a cake cut.
