This cake I make every year at the end of Maslenitsa, when my children are going to visit us. This year has not changed the tradition. Simple but very tender and tasty cake. Taste time-tested.

Step 1

First, prepare the cream.
Today I have salmon hot smoked, but the smoked salmon is delicious, but more salty taste.

The flesh of pink salmon is broken down into pieces, at the same time choosing bone.

Now bake the pancakes.
In a bowl pour milk, crack eggs, add salt and sugar, stir intensively. Pour the flour with the baking powder, stir until no lumps, then pour in the vegetable oil and boiling water, stir again.


Step 4

From the prepared dough bake for 10 pancakes with a diameter of 20 cm.
Pancakes fully cool.


Step 5

We start to gather our cake. Each pancake grease a tablespoon with the top of the fish cream. Two tablespoons of cream leave for decoration.


Step 6

Top too damn fish grease cream, sprinkle your favorite herbs and decorate with "roses" cream "flower" from the salty salmon.
