Step 1

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, flour and half of the rate of milk (to avoid lumps). Add rest of the milk, let the dough stand for half an hour. Stir in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" and make pancakes (not too thin).

Step 2

Mac it is recommended to pour boiling water, leave for an hour, drain the water, poppy grind in a mortar (I just brewed with boiling water). Poppy seeds, milk, oil and honey mix in the saucepan, bring to boil and boil at a temperature of 10-15 minutes. Mac needs to soften and the mixture to thicken.

Step 3

Nuts grind (no dust), with half a lemon to remove the zest fine grater, squeeze the juice. Raisins if necessary, soak and cut. Add all these ingredients to the poppy mixture. If desired, pour in the filling 2-3 tablespoons of liqueur or brandy.

Step 5

Bake the pie in heated to 180 degrees oven for 10-15 minutes. The edges will become slightly crispy, the sugar on top melts and pancakes are impregnated and held together by a filling. Pie slightly cool, decorate with powdered sugar and raisins as you want. Tastier just to eat this pie warm, drinking tea with lemon. But the next day cold with milk it is also good!
