Ingredients for Garnish the vegetable with wild rice
- Wild rice - 50 g
- Celery root - 0,5 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Greens - 1 Puig.
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Pepper white
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Garnish the vegetable with wild rice
In salted water cook until cooked rice. I figure TM Mistral wild rice.
Celery clean and cut into wedges. Clean and cut peppers. On a small amount of oil simmer the vegetables over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.
Add the onions, cut into cube, rings of the leeks, slices mushrooms. Simmer for 6-8 minutes. Add chopped greens (I have chard). Pour in the wine. Salt, pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add to vegetables rice. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
In the post the wine can be replaced by vegetable broth.
