Fry prawns in a wok or simply in a pan with a thick bottom. Just a couple of minutes.
Vegetables cut into strips.
Mix the garlic through the press, starch, soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.
Take out the shrimp, put the vegetables and fry until soft about 3 minutes.
Add shrimp and sauce, it will immediately start to thicken, stir. Put the noodles, stir and switch off.
We believe that sticks are much tastier :-)
