Prepare the pancakes on his favorite recipe. I have this: egg (1 piece) whipped with milk (1 Cup), sugar (1 tbsp) salt (a pinch). Gradually add the flour (0.5 Cup), stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil (I TM "Oleyna"), stir. Of this amount, make 6 pancakes.
Bake in a pan, lightly greasing it with vegetable oil (I use a silicone brush).
Chicken liver thoroughly washed, fry, cool and mince. Clean, chop and fry the onion. Boil an egg, peel and chop with a knife. Stir the ingredients well.
