This recipe I made up myself. It is based on a recipe my second mom. And the filling I decided it would be the onion, for the simple reason - on the TV show series and there just was talking about the onion cakes.

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Flaky scones with onion


Step 1

Knead the dough out of the water (warm), salt, and flour. The dough is tastier, you can add a homemade sour cream.


Step 2

Chop the onion finely and fry it for filling.


Step 3

Roll out the dough into small cakes and put them on the bow.


Step 4

Then we twist the cake in the roll.


Step 5

Roll and twist into a spiral


Step 6

Ready "spiral"


Step 7

Roll out "spiral" in another tortilla and fry.


Step 8

Alternative version of this flatbread without toppings (which makes my second mother): instead of filling smear the tortilla with oil. For comparison photos of the two cakes. To the left, onions on the right without toppings.
