First pancakes with crab stuffing tasted at Kuma, slightly changed the filling, and now these pancakes often appear on the table. Stuffing "budget", but very tasty.

Cook pancakes on a favorite recipe. I have pancakes on the beer with the addition of sunflower oil "generous gift". (pancakes are gentle and never burn). Boil and cool eggs.
On a fine grater three eggs and crab meat. (If the crab meat is flaky and rubbing uncomfortable, for a couple of minutes to put in the freezer). Bell pepper remove seeds and finely chop.
Carefully blend the ingredients of the filling, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, reap add a bit of chopped greens. If the stuffing turned out a little dry, add a spoonful of thick cream.
Throughout the pancake evenly spread the filling.
Roll the pancake, trying to make it "tighter". For convenience, before serving, cut the pancake in half or in three pieces. Pancakes to be served with your favorite sauce or simply with sour cream.
