Step 1

Cook pancakes on a favorite recipe. I have pancakes on the beer with the addition of sunflower oil "generous gift". (pancakes are gentle and never burn). Boil and cool eggs.


Step 2

On a fine grater three eggs and crab meat. (If the crab meat is flaky and rubbing uncomfortable, for a couple of minutes to put in the freezer). Bell pepper remove seeds and finely chop.


Step 3

Carefully blend the ingredients of the filling, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, reap add a bit of chopped greens. If the stuffing turned out a little dry, add a spoonful of thick cream.
