Very tasty dish that will please even those who don't like pumpkin.
Ingredients for Crumble with rice and pumpkin
- Figure - 1 Cup.
- Pumpkin - 250 g
- Sour cream - 80 g
- Broth - 150 ml
- Bread crumbs - 4 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 5 PCs
- Paprika sweet
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Crumble with rice and pumpkin
For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of rice "Aquatica Color Mix" from TM Mistral.
It must boil in salted boiling water until tender.
Pumpkin, onion and mushrooms to slice.
In a pan heat vegetable oil, add onions, carrots and mushrooms, fry until it will turn brown, oolite and pepper, add thyme.
Mix boiled rice, sauteed vegetables and sour cream.
Spread the mixture in refractory form and pour hot broth.
In skillet, heat butter, add breadcrumbs and fry until Golden brown, remove from heat and mix with paprika.
The rice and vegetable mixture sprinkle with toasted crumbs and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with greens.
