Ingredients for Chocolate Fondant
- Dark chocolate - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Yolk egg - 2 PCs
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 0,5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Coconut shavings - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate Fondant
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath, mix thoroughly. Allow to cool slightly. The chocolate-oil mixture should be warm but not hot.
Beat 3 eggs and 2 egg yolks with the sugar until a white mass. Add to the mix proseyannuyu flour, salt and mix well.
Then add the chocolate-butter mixture and mix again.
Grease silicone or ceramic molds for Fontana vegetable oil, sprinkle with cocoa powder. Pour into molds prepared mixture. Fondant bake for 7-10 minutes. Readiness courses is determined by the cap. As soon as it is no longer shiny, you can turn off the oven. Get the moulds and give fognano them to cool, then gently remove from the molds. Fondant, if desired, you can decorate with coconut flakes.
