Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped. Stew the carrots with the onion until cooked in sunflower oil. At the end of cooking add finely chopped garlic and stew the mixture for 2-3 minutes.
Fish fillet boiled and cut into cubes. Combine with vegetables. Add the nutmeg and salt to taste.
In the middle of the pancake put 1-2 tbsp filling and fold the opposite edge toward the center.
Then folded the other opposite edge and lay out the received envelopes on a heated pan with sunflower oil, seam side down. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
