Spectacular pancakes with my favorite pumpkin-mushroom stuffing will not leave anyone indifferent. These "roses" baked in the oven "petals" crunchy and the melted cheese allows "buds" perfectly keep the form. Decorate your table for Mardi Gras!

Step-by-step instruction of cooking Pancake rose


Step 1

Mix eggs, sugar, salt, flour and half of the rate of milk (to avoid lumps). Add rest of the milk, let the dough stand for half an hour. Stir in vegetable oil TM "generous gift" and make pancakes (thin, small, I did 12 cm in diameter).


Step 2

For the filling, cut the mushrooms finely and stew under a lid until the moisture to evaporate. Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil, add grated on a coarse grater pumpkin, cook for 7-10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry all together another 5 minutes.


Step 3

Salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream, mix well. The taste of the toppings is very nice: pumpkin soaked mushroom spirit, and taste of the mushrooms softened. And the color is very Sunny - just right for pancakes.


Step 4

To form a "rose": two of the pancake to put a lapped, half spread 1 tablespoon of the filling. Pancakes folded in half, sprinkle with grated cheese, roll roll. Finished "roses" to put in silicone molds for muffins.


Step 5

Each "rose" sprinkle with breadcrumbs (optional) and a pinch of cheese. This amount of filling was enough for me for 8 "roses" (16 pancakes). Bake for 10-15 minutes in heated to 180 degrees oven.
