Fry pancakes from my own recipe. I added to the dough sunflower oil so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan and roasted well.
Prepare the stuffing. Boiled carrots peeled and cut into cubes.
Egg remove the shell and cut into cubes.
Egg mixed with carrots, add green onions, ginger, and salt to taste, and crushed garlic. Mix well.

It is served with first courses, to taste serve with sour cream.
