The classic version of pancakes with cottage cheese eventually get bored and want something to change. Our family really like the taste of cottage cheese with dried apricots.

Step 1

Cook the pancakes on his favorite recipe. I have pancakes on serum with the addition of sunflower oil ( I used "Cost").


Step 2

Curd mix well with icing sugar. I use mostly cottage cheese, but if this is not possible, then choosing the cheese in packs is better to stay on more fat. Dried apricots finely chop.


Step 3

Mix the cottage cheese and dried apricots. If curd and the filling to be dry, you can add a spoonful of sour cream or cream.

Stuffed with pancakes.

Pancakes can be lightly fry in sunflower oil on both sides. Spread on a dish. With pancakes you can submit a favorite sweet sauce or cream. Granddaughter loves these pancakes with condensed milk, and the rest of the household with jam or cream.
