Step by step instruction of cooking Homemade yogurt ice cream with strawberries and quinoa
Boil quinoa according to instructions on the package. Cool.
I used frozen crushed strawberries with sugar ( its pre-thaw) and homemade, natural yoghurt
Mix the yogurt, the strawberries, the powdered sugar and beat well with a mixer for 2 minutes
Add the quinoa and mix quickly
Pour the resulting mass in a container to freeze and put into the freezer. IMPORTANT! To ice cream turned out uniform, every 30 - 40 minutes to get it out of the freezer and stir intensively. And so done up until ice cream reaches your desired consistency. I did 3 times
Before filing on the table to withstand the dessert at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
