Thanks to competition from "Oleyna", I the second week bake pancakes. Tried different toppings, and even first tried pancakes on the yeast. And this morning I got the idea to bake the pancakes in chicken broth. It turned out that they come out very tender and tasty, what with them combines both savoury and sweet toppings.
Ingredients for Crepes in chicken broth
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Broth - 1 Cup.
- Water - 2 stack.
- Flour - 1.5 stack.
- Sugar - ½ tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp

Mix all the ingredients for the dough and beat well with a blender. It turns out that this foam dough. Honestly, it differs according to the degree of foam from what I was used to. In this case, the foam turns out more than usual.
On a well-heated pan pour vegetable oil and bake pancakes. They get these perforated, absolutely no soda! And a very good turn over.
Of the test turned out 11 pieces of diameter 15 cm, 6 PCs 20 cm in diameter and 1 small "bonus"!
