- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Black pepper

Step by step instruction of cooking Pancakes with cabbage, eggs and mushrooms
For pancakes: mix milk, egg, a pinch of salt, sugar and melted butter. Add the flour, mix well.

Cabbage finely chopped.
Add the cabbage to the stuffing, fry on medium heat for 5 minutes, then cover and simmer over low heat until tender.
