In the end of Maslenitsa, I would like to introduce You to the recipe Belarusian cuisine. Dumplings - pancakes made of buckwheat flour with fillings. The pancakes turn out delicious and hearty. Recipe from chef Alexander Cicilismo I found two years ago and successfully prepare them for this day! Invited to Blinky!
Ingredients for Hrechanyky
- Flour - 130 g
- Buckwheat flour - 50 g
- Chicken egg - 5 PCs
- Sugar - 3 g
- Salt - 3 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Buckwheat - 250 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Bread crumbs - 50 g
- Brisket - 150 g
- Milk - 0.5 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Hrechanyky
The products that we need.
Prepare the filling for pancakes. Onions purify and cut into small cubes with the bacon. Mushrooms cleaned and cut into slices.
The pan is well heated, add the vegetable oil
Bacon and onions fry in vegetable oil. Then in a pan add the buckwheat (it is better to boil), and mix well. Cook all together for a few minutes and remove from heat.
Separately fry the mushrooms...
... add them to the porridge and mix well. Further in the cereal, add raw egg, salt and again mix everything.
Now take the pancake, spread the filling on it and turn rolls.
