Step by step instruction of cooking A mixture of rice and quinoa with pumpkin sauce

For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of a mixture of rice and quinoa, "Basmati Quinoa Mix" from TM Mistral.

It should cook in boiling, salted water until tender.

Cut into small pieces pumpkin, mushroom and chilli.

Chop the tomatoes, garlic and onions.
