Homemade bread can be easily baked without having a bread machine, and even spitzform for moulding. Wheat bars with your hands, it's very easy and most importantly it is very tasty. Like many, I haven't bought store bread, like the process of hand kneading the bread, the mesmerizing smell of freshly baked bread, the ability to mix all sorts of delicious and useful products (bread maker never used, for neither the estate itself). I offer bars with Wheat bran and flax seed, with the savory taste of soy sauce and honey.

Zapesochny in a bowl pour in warm water (300 ml.), add the honey and soy sauce, crumble the yeast, add 2 tbsp of flour (from the total volume), stir, cover the bowl with dough with cling film, leave in a warm place (I put in the MICRO), for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix two kinds of flour, bran and flax seed (leave a few seeds for sprinkling the top).
In approaching the dough mix in the flour mixture. Knead the dough.
Well mixed dough is soft, smooth, not lipovei to the walls of the bowl. The bowl with the dough cover it with cling film, leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
The ready dough put on a work surface sprinkled with flour, ebonite it, divide in two, let the dough to "relax" 10 minutes (if you immediately roll out, the dough will resist, shrink).
Each portion of the test bar shape:roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer, the band width is two times shorter than the length of the desired finished bar length-much work. Prepared bars, place on a baking sheet (non stick Mat) seam side down, cover with a cotton towel, let the bars to rise 40-50 minutes.

Take a sharp blade cross cuts and then top left flax seed.
Preheat the oven to 210 degrees, place the pan with the bars, after 10 minutes reduce oven temperature to 180-190 degrees, bake until set, 25-30 minutes.
The finished bars cool, ready-to-eat the next day.
