For this recipe we will need 1 Cup quinoa, TM Mistral.
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. In a saucepan with a thick bottom to heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic until Golden brown.
Pour 2 cups of boiling water, add quinoa, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Add milk and peeled and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are done.
Season with salt and pepper, add the slices of feta cheese, sprinkle with paprika and garnish with greens.
