For this recipe we will need 1 Cup of rice "Basmati Mix " from TM Mistral.
It should cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
To chop the cabbage.
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Fry them in hot vegetable oil in a frying pan until Golden brown.
Add the beef and fry until it will turn brown.
Add the cabbage.
Season with salt and pepper, add the paprika and pour the broth.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Add boiled rice and simmer for another 5 minutes.
When serving, decorate with greens. Bon appetit!
