Ingredients for Pumpkin stuffed with quinoa
- Pumpkin - 0,5 PCs
- Quinoa - 1 Cup.
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 3 tooth.
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Cheese - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
- Black pepper
- Paprika sweet
Step by step instruction of cooking Pumpkin stuffed with quinoa
For this recipe you will need 1 Cup of quinoa from TM Mistral.
Quinoa should cook in boiling, salted water until tender.
Half a pumpkin, remove the seeds, season with salt and pepper, add the paprika, thyme and rosemary, sprinkle with oil.
Bake in a preheated 180 g oven for 30 minutes ( until soft).
After cooking time ends, remove some pulp from the pumpkin and add it to quinoa.
Onions and garlic peel and finely chop. Fry until Golden brown.
Add it to the bowl with the quinoa and eggs and half of the feta cheese, season with salt and pepper.
Received filling naciste pumpkin, sprinkle the remaining cheese.
Bake at the same temperature for 30 minutes or until Golden brown.
