Diversify a fast table pizza with vegetables. Fluffy dough with whole wheat flour and spicy additives of honey and soy sauce. Pizza is obtained with a bright, Golden brown, and a large set of vegetable toppings and spicy sauce.

- Red onion - 3/4 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Tomatoes in own juice - 3 PCs
- Salt - 0,3 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 200 g
- Wholegrain wheat flour - 140 g
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp.
- Honey - 1.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Pepper - 1/3 PCs
- Tomato - 4 PCs
- Mushrooms - 5 PCs
- Red onion - 1/4 PCs
- Zucchini - 1/2 PCs
- Green olives - 8 PCs
- Pine nuts - 1 tbsp
- Oregano - 1.5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- The mixture of peppers - to taste
- Olive oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Pizza is a vegetable
Products for the sauce and toppings
First, prepare the pizza sauce:
Garlic and onions arbitrarily cut (leave some for toppings). In a small saucepan, saute in oil (2 tbsp) onions and garlic until translucent, add the dry oregano. After a couple of minutes add the chopped tomatoes, cook the mixture for 10 minutes, chop immersion blender until smooth, add salt+pepper+sugar+oil (1 tablespoon), mix. The sauce cool.
Zapesochny in a bowl, pour soy sauce, add honey and warm (50*C), water (170 ml), stir to dissolve the honey.
Stir in flour mixture (flour+alnaser new+dry yeast), knead soft, manageable dough, during the kneading of parts add olive oil.
Leave the dough in the bowl, cover with cling film, remove the bowl with the dough in a warm place ("locker" MICRO) for 1.5 hours.

Prepare vegetables. Wash and cut the tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, left the onions, mushrooms (clean), olives.
The ready dough put on a work surface sprinkled with flour, ebonite, give a little "rest".
Roll out the dough on the baking pan+the height of the rim (I have a round shape, d=31 cm)
Form grease with oil, put into it the dough, drizzle with olive oil, spread the cooled sauce, spread sauce on top of sliced vegetables, top with salt, pepper, sprinkle with dry oregano, a side test, "spin" to the center, drizzle with olive oil.
Preheat the oven to 230 degrees, bake the pizza 20-25 minutes, until Golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
Ready pizza let stand out of oven 7-10 minutes, cut into portions, serve your family a delicious and flavorful pizza!
