I want to introduce to Your attention an interesting and, in my opinion, unusual dish: sauerkraut stew with pasta. This is a very tasty, hearty and easy! Optionally, you can add mushrooms, but without them, all very harmonious!
Ingredients for Meatless cabbage side dish
- Sauerkraut - 50 g
- Onion - 2 PCs
- Vermicelli - 25 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Meatless cabbage side dish
Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
If you need sauerkraut a little chop.
In hot oil fry the onions until Golden brown, then add the cabbage along with the brine. Simmer 30 minutes, if necessary adding water or brine. After this time add the soy sauce and pepper, stir and cook for another 10 minutes.
While the cabbage is cooked, cook the noodles in accordance with the instructions, drain the water.
Ready to add noodles to the cabbage, mix and keep frying for another minute.
