Beet salad with pear, celery and pine nuts spicy salad dressing

Beet and pear grate, add finely chopped stalk of celery
For the filling, mix the sauce and oil
Top the salad with the dressing and stir well
Put the salad in a ramekin, sprinkle with nuts and add arugula (or other greens to taste), chill the salad in the refrigerator and serve
