Vegetable dish, in form resembling a hot sandwich. Through the crust on top they come out very juicy on the inside.

Eggplant cut into 6 slices, sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 min.
While the slices are collinear, we cut into medium-sized chicory and zucchini. Fry in butter and add soy sauce until tender. Remove from the heat.
Fry in oil the eggplant slices with 2 sides for 1 min.
In a bowl put the flour, add the spices and stir. Add soy sauce, water to a thick cream. Add 1 tsp. pour in squash mixture.
In a greased form to put 3 slices of eggplant. They put the stuffing and close the eggplant. Top lubricated with a mixture of oat flour and spices.
In form, pour a little water and put for 5 minutes in the oven at t= 180. (The crust should be solid)
