First, these cookies are very fast to cook, second, they get a lot third, the ingredients for them at home usually have all fourth, (and probably most importantly) delicious!

Step 1

Melt margarine


Step 2

Add sugar, salt, baking powder and eggs, beat with a mixer


Step 3

Add a Cup of flour, beat with a mixer, add another Cup of flour


Step 4

When the mixer becomes difficult to whisk, knead the dough by hand, adding the remaining flour (I have shared out 4 cups, but you may need slightly less or more). You should get a fairly thick batter.


Step 5

Divide the dough into three parts. One part put in the freezer for 15 minutes. Spread on a baking tray baking paper (or just grease the pan with oil) and distribute it to the remaining two parts of the test. I rolled out the dough first with hands, then fingers. The layer should be about half a centimeter.


Step 6

On top of the layer of dough spread the jam (I had lemon, it gives the sour taste the liver, but here you can use any jam or preserves, shifter berries, etc. If you have liquid jam, the bottom layer of the test is to bend the edges so that the jam is "escaped".) flatten with a spoon.
