Salmon with green salad

Strict fast, of course, does not imply the presence of a menu, even fish, but not all are able to comply with it fully. If your table has fish present, treat yourself and loved ones an easy and delicious salad. And the sauce, Kikkoman will give it a delicate spicy touch.
Ingredients for Salmon with green salad
- Salmon - 400 g
- Lettuce - 200 g
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Radishes - 6 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
- Seasoning - 1 tsp.
- Sesame - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Salmon with green salad
In a deep bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable oil and soy sauce-marinade Kikkoman. Salmon fillet cut into small pieces and marinate in sauce for 10-15 minutes.
In a well heated griddle pan and fry the pieces of fish literally 1 minute on each side. The oil on the pan, do not add.
On a serving plate put lettuce, cucumber and radish, sliced into thin circles. On top lay the fish. Sprinkle the salad with olive oil, lightly sprinkle ground black pepper and sesame seeds and serve.
