Step-by-step instruction of cooking Chocolate Sabayon

Step 1

Chocolate melt in a water bath.
allow to cool.

Step 2

In a saucepan, whisking until the air mass the egg yolks with the sugar.
not stopping to whisk, add the chocolate and rum.

Step 3

Put the saucepan with the cream in a water bath and continue to beat for 10 minutes.
this one beats them all time, to shift the cream in a wide bowl and allow to cool.

Step 4

Separately whip the cream until peak.
add the cream to the cream and gently mix everything.
cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 5

After 1 hour remove from the refrigerator and distribute Sabayon 4 Cup.
sprinkle with cinnamon.
