Ingredients for Liver canapés
- Beef liver - 1 kg
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Basil - 40 g
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Cheese - 20 g
- Pine nuts - 40 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Liver canapés
Beef liver+sour cream+egg+ flour+salt+pepper = knead liver stuffing.
