Amazing sauce "Bolognese". It will decorate any of your meals. The Italians use it as a sauce in lasagna, and gladly devours it with ravioli and pasta.
Ingredients for Sauce "Bolognese"
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Bow white - 1 piece
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Tomato sauce - 1 l
- Water - 500 ml
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt
- Allspice
- Minced meat
- Bow white

Step by step instruction of cooking Sauce "Bolognese"

Finely chop the vegetables: onions, carrots and celery. put on fire a pan with a thick bottom, with oil. When the oil is hot - add the chopped vegetables.

reduce the heat to minima and cook for half an hour /until sauce thickens/.

keep frying for another 5 minutes.
