Ingredients for Sauce "Bolognese"
- Minced meat - 400 g

- Dry white wine - 100 ml
- Bay leaf - 2 PCs
- Tomato sauce - 1 l
- Water - 500 ml
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Sauce "Bolognese"
Finely chop the vegetables: onions, carrots and celery. put on fire a pan with a thick bottom, with oil. When the oil is hot - add the chopped vegetables.
Fry all until Golden brown.
add the beef, mix well.
Saute 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
add the wine.
When the smell of the wine has evaporated, add the tomato sauce, water, Bay leaf.
bring to boil.
reduce the heat to minima and cook for half an hour /until sauce thickens/.
add to taste salt, pepper.
keep frying for another 5 minutes.
