A simple recipe with a very tasty gravy

Chicken wings wash, Pat dry with paper towel, season with salt and pepper.
Preheat a frying pan butter and fry the wings on high heat on both sides until crisp.
To shift the wings to the pan
Chop the carrots and onions. Melt the butter, add the vegetables and fry until the onions are transparent. Add the peas and green beans.
Pour the vegetable cream, add salt, pepper, garlic, Bay leaf and lemon zest. To bring everything to a boil
Pour wings and sauce to cook on low heat under a lid for at least 20 minutes
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta or a slice of bread for the gravy. Bon appetit
