In a bowl pour the water. add yeast, sugar, a pinch of salt.
stir and leave in a warm place for 10 - 15 minutes.
sift the flour / 600 / and add the prepared yeast mixture.
knead the dough.
put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
When the dough has increased in volume, perezalit again.
leave to rest in a warm place for another 20 minutes.
Using a rolling pin roll the dough / thickness of 5-7 mm. /
With a knife cut the dough into square or udlinenie strips.
let rest for another 15 minutes.
fry in a pan with abundant oil.
serve with assorted sausages and cheeses.
