"Twists" pear caramel

What is a ball without dancing?... and why don't we just dance "Twist" and...? Swirl and dance will be treated to a crisp, delicious pear sticks!!! They are thin, delicate, like a clock... that I forgot to watch Cinderella...
Ingredients for "Twists" pear caramel
- Pear - 3 PCs
- Brown sugar - 4 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- The dough is flaky unleavened - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking "Twists" pear caramel
Pear it is advisable to take very ripe and juicy.
Pear peel and core, to grate on cucumbers, mix with brown sugar, cinnamon and vegetable oil.
Each layer (if you have two of them) the dough out thinly into a rectangle. Half of the sheet, place part of the filling, distribute it evenly in a thin layer, cover with the other half and slightly press into the dough.
Slice the rectangle with the filling strips with a width of approximately 2 cm.
To shift each strip on a baking sheet, the laid parchment. Each strip need to twist in a spiral. Do the same with the second layer of dough. Strips sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes, until Golden brown. Cool slightly and serve.
