- Carrots - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomatoes in own juice - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Stuffed "Boots"
Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Onions, carrots and garlic clean.
In boiling water add salt and a little vegetable oil. Then pasta. Cook until almost cooked, but not razvivaem.
Immediately spread on a plate, separately from each other.
Cut onion finely.
Carrots grate on a fine grater. I use a lot of carrots, we in the family love her. It is possible to reduce the number, replace with the other vegetables.
I have the mushrooms frozen mushrooms, cut into not large. You can use any mushrooms.
In vegetable oil fry the onion and carrots.
Add the mushrooms and fry all together until cooked.
Then add the peppers and garlic. You can add your favorite seasonings.
Add the soy sauce Kikkoman. Mushrooms and soy sauce are perfectly blended. To taste add salt, I had enough soy sauce.
"Boots" stuff tightly and put in a refractory form. The bottom of the form lubricated with tomatoes in their own juice. I have purchased frayed. You can use ketchup, tomato sauce or tomato paste diluted with water.
On top of each boot are also adding a bit of tomato. On request it is possible to completely fill the boots. But I have a very rich tomato taste. Sent in a preheated 180 deg. oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
